Alejandro Wood

Arizona Born and Raised

Alejandro Wood is an Arizona-based singer, guitarist, and dynamic live performer whose sound blends rock, pop, and dance with an unmistakable edge. Raised in Tucson as one of three brothers, Alejandro picked up the guitar at just six years old and stepped into singing by fourteen, quickly developing a deep connection to performance.

Drawing early inspiration from artists like Metallica, Ozzy Osbourne, Steve Vai, and Michael Jackson, Alejandro built a foundation rooted in both technical skill and high-energy showmanship. His artistic range expanded through formal training in jazz and hip-hop dance, adding movement and rhythm to his musical identity.

At 20, Alejandro took his talents to Los Angeles, performing at iconic venues including The House of Blues, Harvelle’s, and The Historic Stronghold, where he honed his craft in front of diverse audiences. In 2015, he discovered the vibrant arts community of Jerome, Arizona, and made it home. Since then, he has become a staple performer at The Spirit Room and venues across the state.

Alejandro continues to evolve as a songwriter and producer, creating original music that reflects his wide-ranging influences and dynamic style. With a new album on the horizon, he is poised to bring his signature sound to an even broader audience.
